Dedicated to supporting art and artists in Zimbabwe
Zimbabwean registered Trust
supporting art and artists
The Trust has established a successful Community Development Centre for Artists in Ruwa, Zimbabwe
Here a number of Zimbabwean artists, master sculptors as well as painters, have found a “Home” for their artistic endeavours and production of sculptures and paintings of the highest quality

promoting art worldwide

Through this the artists have been able to provide for themselves and their families by the sales of their art, locally as well as internationally.
The artists also train and educate young talents, who become artists in their own right after successfully having passed a number of informal exams, censored by their teachers, and trustees from Springstone Trust.

A small, effective and dedicated crew is taking care of the daily running of the place, providing food for all, raw stones for the sculptors, paint and canvas for the painters, and many more necessary tasks. This includes the promotion of the produced art pieces through photographing and communicating with potential buyers..

The centre produces much of its own nutritious food, such as vegetables, maize and other crops, chicken and eggs – and is working towards the goal of becoming 100% self-sufficient with all food.
This is becoming more and more important with the Climate Change and Global Warming moving ahead – already causing many changes in the yearly rhythm of rain and seasons.
The food production work is a collective responsibility in which all at the centre take their part.

The centre is a beautiful place and welcomes visitors and guests all the time. Also by arranging events of common interest for neighbours and others. Please contact us, if you would like to visit Springstone Trust
